From past several years ago, people are living with one perception I.e., travel agents and tour operators are one and the same thing. But I will clear the basic fact here I.e., tour operators and travel agents are two different things. Both are absolutely different and play different roles.
Have you ever been into an office? If yes then you must have observed the production department and sales department. If yes, both are exactly different departments and both work in an exactly different way. Similarly, the tour operations and travel agents are just like the same. A travel agent is the sales department and tour operator is the production department.

But if you will hire a tour operator then you will definitely get all the above-mentioned services.
